Bühler engineers full value chains and complete processing lines for the nut industry worldwide, with a focus on food safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Cathrin has worked on unlocking new business and expanding Bühler’s footprint across key markets like the US, China and the EU. With a background in strategic development, consulting, and cross-continental roles, Cathrin brings a global perspective and a passion for shaping the future of food. She holds a double master’s degree in international management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and ESADE. Whether collaborating with customers, partners, or innovators, Cathrin is committed to supporting the nut industry.
