Mr. Gaurav Patil is Vice-President in ofi (olam food ingredients) and heads Global processing of cashews for ofi. He has spent more than a decade in international commodity trading and has been part of the Edible Nuts and Food Ingredients domain.
Gaurav joined Olam after completing his post-graduate MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and thereafter worked in various capacities of international trade. With his exposure to agri-businesses in Olam, he has good domain expertise in RCN & Cashew Kernels trading, Mechanized cashew processing, Sustainability, and Ingredient solutions. He is currently based in HCMC, Vietnam and actively supports agri-communities to develop cashew Industry across geographies.
