Mr. Jayant Babani is General Manager in ofi (olam food ingredients) and heads Vietnam business of cashews for ofi. He has spent more than 7 years in international Agri-commodity trading and has been an active part of the Nuts and Food Ingredients domain
Jayant joined Olam after completing his master’s in business administration (MBA) from FMS, Delhi and thereafter engaged in Trade and operations of Cashews in Vietnam. With expertise across Cashew Value-chain and exposure to various Agri-commodities, he commands deep knowledge on cashew kernels and Raw Cashew nuts (RCN), kernel processing and Ingredient manufacturing and marketing.
He is currently based out of HCM City, Vietnam and actively engages with Cashew businesses in Vietnam, various origins, and destination geographies.
