Ông Vũ Bá Phú là Cục trưởng của Cục Xúc tiến thương mại (Vietrade) thuộc Bộ Công Thương Việt Nam.
Trước khi giữ vị trí này, ông đã giữ nhiều chức vụ quan trọng như Phó Tổng Giám đốc Tập đoàn Xăng dầu Việt Nam (Petrolimex), Giám đốc Sở Kế hoạch, Bộ Công Thương, và Trưởng phòng Thương mại – Tham tán Công sứ tại Đại sứ quán Việt Nam tại Liên minh Châu Âu. Ông là người có kinh nghiệm sâu rộng trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh, quản trị doanh nghiệp và các chính sách thương mại.

Mr. Vu Ba Phu is the Director of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam. Prior to holding this position, he served in several key roles such as Deputy General Director of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex), Director of the Planning Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Head of the Trade Office – Minister Counsellor at the Embassy of Vietnam to the European Union. He has extensive experience in business, corporate management, and trade policy.
