GUIDANCE, TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION

1. Sponsorship Registration Form should be fully filled. You can choose multiple sponsorship items per registration form.

2. Confirmation letter of the Sponsorship Registration will be sent on receipt of your payment. You can bring this letter along with you upon check-in at the event and receive your name-badge (Sponsor of the event).

3. The Sponsor will have all benefits according to the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee which are indicated in the Sponsorship Registration Form. You may contact with the Organizing Committee to re-confirm your sponsor’s benefits, especially location of your free exhibition booth (if any) and sending your company’s logo and images etc.

4. Full refund will be given to early registrants, if cancelation is received before 02 (two) months prior to the event opening date. A 10% administrative fee will be charged to regular registrants for all cancellations. No refunds will be made for no-shows or if you cancel within 02 (two) months prior to the event opening date, whatever the reason.

Cancellations must be made in writing and you must have a written knowledge from the VINACAS Office to be entitled to a refund.

5. In some cases, due to objective reasons, the Organizing Committee can change the content, timing or place of the meeting. Accordingly, the organizers will not be responsible for any changes on the changes in the work schedule or move (aviation, …) of the participants (sponsors) attended the meeting.
