  • Full refund will be given to early registrants, if cancelation is received before 02 (two) months prior to the event opening date. A 10% administrative fee will be charged to regular registrants for all cancellations. No refunds will be made for no-shows or if you cancel within 02 (two) months prior to the event opening date, whatever the reason. Cancellations must be made in writing and you must have a written knowledge from the VINACAS Office to be entitled to a refund. If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate may be registered and should be informed 02 (two) months prior to the event opening date. (Ban Tổ chức sẽ hoàn toàn bộ tiền cho những đại biểu đăng ký sớm nếu thông báo hủy tour trước 2 tháng tính đến ngày khai mạc Hội nghị. Không hoàn trả nếu không tham gia và không báo trước (no-shows) hoặc hủy trong vòng 2 tháng tính đến ngày khai mạc Hội nghị vì bất kể lý do gì. Việc thông báo hủy (nếu có) phải được lập thành văn bản và được xác nhận bởi Văn phòng VINACAS về việc hoàn tiền. Nếu Quý vị không thể tham dự, một đại biểu khác có thể được giới thiệu thay thế và nên được thông báo trước 2 tháng tính đến ngày khai mạc Hội nghị).



  • Based on actual conditions, during the tour, the organizer has rights to change the official time and visiting places flexibly without prior notice (Căn cứ điều kiện thực tế, nhà tổ chức có thể thay đổi lịch trình tour cho phù hợp và các điểm thăm quan một cách linh hoạt mà không cần phải có thông báo trước).

  • The delegates must be present at the departure place 15 minutes prior to the departure time. The late comers or the delegates who cancel the tour without prior notice will be charged total value of the tour. (Đại biểu tham dự phải có mặt tại điểm tập trung xuất phát chậm nhất 15 phút trước giờ khởi hành. Những người đến trễ hoặc không tham gia và không báo trước sẽ chịu toàn bộ chi phí tour).

Term and conditions


  • Transported by air-con. bus according to the programme (vận chuyển bằng xe du lịch điều hòa máy lạnh).

  • Accommodation at a 4-5 star hotel according to the programme that is exclusive for free pre-tour or spouse tour (Lưu trú tại khách sạn 4-5 sao theo chương trình - không áp dụng với tour miễn phí trước hội nghị hoặc tour đi trong ngày).

  • Meals according to the programme (Vietnamese buffet or set menu) (Bữa ăn theo chương trình - thực đơn buffet hoặc set menu món ăn Việt Nam).

  • English - Vietnamese speaking tour guide (Hướng dẫn viên du lịch nói tiếng Anh - Việt).

  • Entrance ticket for beauty spots (if any) (Vé thăm quan các địa điểm du lịch nếu có).

  • Mineral water bottles 1-2 bottles 500 ml per day (nước suối miễn phí 1-2 chai 500 ml/ ngày).

  • Tourist insurance (Bảo hiểm du lịch).

  • Except for free pre-tours, all service charge, fee and tax (Ngoại trừ tour miễn phí trước hội nghị, giá tour đã bao gồm thuế, phí và lệ phí).
