Complimentary Pre-Tour (Hanoi City Tour).
3 distinct tours are available for delegates to choose from, departing the Melia Hanoi Hotel at 3 PM, 4 PM, or 5 PM, respectively. The delegates will be taken to the Sen Tay Ho Hanoi restaurant for the Welcome Buffet BBQ after the tour is over.
